ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ : ਸਕੱਤਰ ਆਰ.ਟੀ.ਏ.,ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੋਟਰ ਵਹੀਕਲ ਐਕਟ ਤਹਿਤ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਚੱਲਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਾਹਨਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਨਕੇਲ ਕੱਸਣ ਲਈ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਆਰ.ਟੀ.ਏ. ਡਾ. ਪੂਨਮਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਨੋਟ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਦੌਰਾਨ 1 ਟਿੱਪਰ, 2 ਟਰੈਕਟਰ ਟਰਾਲੀ, 4 ਕੈਂਟਰ, 01 ਟਰੈਕਟਰ ਟਰਾਲਾ ਅਤੇ 01 ਟਰੱਕ ਜ਼ੋ ਕਿ ਓਵਰਹਾਈਟ, ਓਵਰਲੋਡ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਏ ਗਏ ਧਾਰਾ 207 ਅੰਦਰ ਬੰਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ 01 ਪਿੱਕਅਪ ਵੈਨ, 02 ਟਰੱਕ ਅਤੇ 1 ਕੈਂਟਰ ਦਾ ਚਲਾਨ ਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੁਹਰਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਸੜ੍ਹਕ ਚਾਲਕਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਰਤੀ ਗਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰਾਂ੍ਹ ਦੀ ਲਾਪਰਵਾਹੀ ਬਰਦਾਸ਼ਤ ਨਹੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ।
